This is the printable cover for Cacappella.
Since I use it to make labels, it's tailored to my printer and browser (IE7) settings. It might not look or print as nicely on your PC.
I suggest you try a print preview and/or low-ink draft print before trying to print actual labels.
Make sure you configure your browser to print backgrounds, or the images won't print.
Set your left/right printer margins to 0.75 and your top/bottom margins to 0.50.
These recordings are from when I was between 7 and 12. Back then I wasn't a very good chronicler, so it's hard to get precise dates for this stuff.
Everything was recorded in Charlottesville except for "Live Wire", which was recorded in Alabama. The piano tunes (from 1980) were probably half-written, half-improvised. The a cappella songs were mostly pre-written, with some improvised bits. The rest of the tracks are mostly talking, usually in the context of fake radio shows or phone calls. My sister Jessica (two and a half years younger) appears on some of them.
The sound quality is muffled, hissy, and at times warbly. Our tape recorder wasn't very good and we didn't have a microphone. Also, I didn't get around to digitizing the tapes until 2003, and they had aged quite a bit by then.
