Will be great to get all these on CD, I only have the first four that I taped from the radio all those years ago, which I eventually transferred to CD but the quality wasn't that good, and tracks 6-8 downloaded.

Yeah, some good stuff on there. Used to listen to Peel quite a bit in the early 80's but all my tapes have since been lost or chucked, should've kept them.

I love the stripped-down semi-cheesy sound of "Ha Ha I'm Drowning" on this CD. You can really hear the repetitive bass line, which I love. The instant I heard it, I decided to pick that as my cover song for Interpreters Volume 3.

I just wish there were a version of "Sleeping Gas" as well (my favorite Teardrop Explodes song). Did they never do a radio session with "Sleeping Gas"? Or was it not good enough for inclusion on the CD?
