Survey #3 (1999)

This survey opened on 1999-01-29. Due to its difficulty and ambiguity, parts of it were revised (clarified) on 1999-02-11. The survey is still open, although it's been a few years since I received any responses.

For now, the only way to take part in the survey is to either email me your answers or post them on Rail On.

Questions

1. ALBUMS
So we can answer several questions at once, I've created a table.
Here are the different criteria which you can rate for each album:
ENJOY = Your enjoyability of the album's MUSIC from 0 to 10
0 awful, either very boring or very annoying
          1-3 pretty lame to so-so
          4-6 decent
          7-9 good to excellent
10 awesome, one of your all time favorite albums
RECOM = Likelihood of being one of the first albums you'd recommend
to someone who's into that genre of music (rock/pop/newage)
        (e.g., 5 = around 50%)
SONGS = Number of songs on album which get stuck in your head all
the time (in the good way) and that you'd put on a best-of
compilation (could be a box set) for yourself. For the
WSYM and Fried reissues, you *can* count the bonus songs.
LYRIC = The quality of the lyrics from 0 to 10. How intelligent,
clever, poignant, etc. do you consider them?
COVER = Overall appeal of the packaging: sleeve art, liner notes,
convenience... from 0 (awful) to 10 (work of art)
FORM = The format you own: CD, LP, Cass, dub [of CD, LP, or tape]

I think I have some responses somewhere, but need to tabulate them.
